Laurence is a business strategy, marketing and change management expert who has held senior international responsibilities and led successful transforming growth initiatives with blue-chip corporations, consulting firms and venture capital based operations. He has consulted extensively throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Before establishing Chase Noble, he worked at Ogilvy and Mather, BDO Stoy Hayward, Prime Strategy Consultants, AXA and Envest Venture. He founded Chase Noble in 2003.
Laurence is a graduate of Cambridge University (English Literature), and Warwick Business School (Master of Business Administration).
Chris is a strategic communications expert. He has over 24 years in marketing having started at Saatchi Group working on Rover Cars. He has acted as in-house Marketing Director and member of the senior management team for many clients including Aon M&A (UK and U.S.). He has deep sector knowledge – especially in Financial Services (Insurance, Reinsurance, Brokers, Aggregators, Corporate Finance, Private Equity and M&A), Automotive, Business Services (Accounting, Recruitment, Transport & Logistics, IT, Outsourcing, Security and Facilities Management), Retail & Online. He helps investors and management teams with transformation, branding, advertising, media buying and lead generation as well as spin-outs, buyouts/buy-ins, fundraising and investor relations.
Chris is a graduate of Leicester University (Economics and Social History) and a qualified FA referee.
Shannon is an expert in marketing and communication, brand strategy and execution, advertising, social media, content marketing, events, campaign management and brand tracking. At CBRE, the world’s largest property company, she contributed to the growth and evolution of the brand globally. She is an experienced presenter, having led a number of brand workshops for budding entrepreneurs.
Shannon gained a first class honors degree in Media and Cultural Studies, and has completed a number of marketing and communications training programmes as part of her ongoing professional development.
Asim is a technology qualified, business development and project management executive who has held senior director-level responsibilities and led successful transformation initiatives with blue-chip corporations and consulting firms. He has undertaken assignments in diverse sectors including Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Mining, Retail, Transport, Distribution and Local Government. He has also held non-executive roles in the housing association sector.
Asim holds a Bachelors in Computing Science from the University of East Anglia and a Master of Business Administration from Bradford University Management Centre.
Chrissie has worked in Market Research for 18 years, and been Co-Owner of C&J Fieldwork Partnership LLP since 2014. C&J are members of all the leading market research organisations including the MRS, BIG, ICG and ICO, and use the latest software (eg the Nebu CATI system) to undertake quantitative and qualitative research including telephone based and online surveys, offering client log-in facilities where required.
She has led a large number of qualitative and quantitative research projects in sectors such as medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, finance, business services and law.
Chrissie was previously employed in the electronics industry for more than 10 years where she specialised in sales, marketing and electronic design for the MOD and private sector defence organisations. She is also a BS 9000 Internal Quality Auditor, and earlier in her career spent 8 years in nursing, specialising in orthopaedics and accident & emergency in NHS hospitals.
Theresa is an internationally-experienced executive who has operated at a senior level in the consumer electronics sector. She has an extensive background in exhibitions and conferences, and for many years was responsible for all aspects of the annual London video games awards event. Theresa has conducted board-level research assignments, qualitative and quantitative, for many of the firm's major clients. She is also the founder and owner of Luella Linen, the UK's premier high quality bedroom linen provider.
Steve has over 20 years experience in retail financial services covering banking, insurance, investment management and wealth management. At AXA UK, he held senior roles in Distribution, Operational Efficiency and as Group Strategy Manager responsible for the UK planning cycle and strategy direction across 4 business units. At Lloyds TSB Steve had accountability for investment and ISA sales across the network and latterly built on this experience at CAF Bank where he had responsibility for the P&L as part of the Executive Committee team. At Close Brothers he designed and implemented the RDR advisory proposition. Latterly he has advised the Board of a FTSE 200 Investment Manager in developing their 5 year strategy and future ambition.
